“Werner & Pfleiderer” tunnel ovens. Two total ovens (were tunneled together). These ovens can run individually or tunneled together in any combination. One oven is direct gas fired, plate hearth baking surface and the other oven is indirect “cyclothermic” gas fired, wire mesh belt baking surface. The baking chamber is approximately 33’ long and 60” wide on each of the two ovens.

“Reed” Model T-192, direct gas fired tunnel oven, overall footprint 7’ wide x 55’ long, steel plated hearth, baking chamber (hearth) is 54” wide x 45’ long, natural gas, 208 volt, left hand burners/controls.
