Readco Thermoflow, traveling tray, single lap, 28 shelf oven. It is direct gas fired with left handed burners/controls. It has Flynn ribbon burners now. Each shelf measures 24” deep by 136” wide. There is a mobile, pushbar oven loader and the unloader currently discharges to the left as you face the oven. The overall dimensions of this oven on the floor are 15’ 7” wide by 36’ 7” long plus an additional 2’ 3” long for the mobile pushbar loader. The oven is basically 100” tall with the [3] blower motors sticking up to 126” tall overall.This oven does have the circulation turbulence feature in it.
