Baker Perkins, single lap, traveling tray, direct gas fired, 28 shelf oven in stock already dismantled in a storage trailer. The oven has left handed burners/controls. The burners are the original BP burners with the K&B mixers. There are two [2] “air agitator” blowers on this oven for air turbulence. We do have all of the original books on this oven.It has 24” deep shelves by 108” long. The pans need to be manually loaded onto the shelves, it has a tilt tray unloader and the pans discharge to the left currently. The overall floor dimensions of this oven are 13’ 2” wide by 38’ long.
