    • Born in USA, 1928 from Italian Immigrants
    • Grew up in family’s small bakery business, started by his father
    • Navy Pilot in early 1950’s
    • Took over the family bakery business in 1956
    • Married in 1957, has 3 children, Michael III 1959, Damian 1962, Cassandra 1964
    • Started equipment business Topos Mondial in 1962
    • Member of ASB, 1960 - present
    • Currently owns Morabito Baking Company, Topos Mondial Corp and Morabito Real Estate Holding, LLC
    • Presently 83 yrs young and still active in all three businesses
    • Continues to drive the entrepreneurial spirit and growth for all his companies

  • Damian Morabito, President

    • Born in USA,1962
    • Graduated Germantown Academy with honors in 1980
    • Graduated Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1984 with BSME degree
    • Married in 1990 and has three children
    • Worked for “Trane Industrial Air Conditioning Company” as sales engineer, 1984 – 1987
    • Rejoined family equipment and real estate business in 1987
    • Named Vice President of Topos Mondial Corporation in 1990
    • Named President of Topos Mondial Corporation in 2005
    • Member of supervisory board of Topos Europe since 2004
    • Member of ASB (American Society of Baking) since 1995
    • Board Director of BEMA (Bakery Equipment Manufactures and Allied) since 2007
    • Vendor representative on the BIF board
    • Serving on BEMA’s Executive committee as Finance Chairman, while acting as the current Second Vice Chairman of BEMA

  • Louis T. Doleac, Sales Manager of New Equipment

    • Graduated from Jefferson Davis College 1975
    • Married in 1978 to Lynn Burrows, native of Bay Saint Louis, MS
    • Has three children, Brittany 1979, Louis 1981, Landon 1991
    • Joined Southern Bakers in 1990 and attend AIB
    • Director of Operations at Southern Bakeries. Produced from 1.5 – 2.5 million dough pounds per week
    • Designed and built a highly automated 200/minute bread line, utilizing 3 dough makers and a laser guided vehicle. Also reduced internal waste by 6% through critical redesign of equipment
    • Supervised 3 production lines, 6 department heads, and 145 employees. Implemented training course for new recruits, speeding profitability
    • Served 4 years as Vice President & President of SBA (Southern Bakers Association)
    • 15 year member of ASB and BAC
    • Over 9 years sales experience with Tromp Bakery Systems
    • Well traveled throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia.
