A high-efficiency, frequency-inverter duty, auxiliary-fan-cooled main drive motor permits fully variable speed mixing. The operator can run preprogrammed recipes or control the mixer manually using its standard advanced “Allen-Bradley” PLC with “Panelview” touch-screen panel.
