Our expert bakery mechanics are skilled at teaching your in house bakery mechanics and sanitation workers how to safely operate the bakery machine(s) and how to perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance and cleaning according to OSHA standards (lock out/tag out.) We can give you, per your request, a PM schedule that you then have for your continued in house training and record keeping. |
