The Groen DH/1-40 gas tilting kettle delivers 40 gallons of capacity in a 2/3 jacketed design built for high-volume soup, sauce, and batch cooking applications. Its Type 316 stainless steel liner resists corrosion and stands up to demanding production environments. A self-contained steam system provides consistent, even heating from 150°F to 295°F, powered by a 100,000 BTU/hr gas burner with electronic ignition.

The manual, self-locking tilt mechanism ensures safe, controlled discharge, while the drip-proof construction helps maintain a clean workspace. Operators can easily access the interior for faster cleaning and maintenance. Standard controls include a thermostat, pressure gauge, safety valve, gas regulator, and low water cutoff. This NSF listed unit operates on 115V and natural gas, and is floor-mounted with a polished stainless steel exterior for long-lasting performance.
