Our Topos Mondial machinery technicians and consultants are available for onsite bakery mechanic and sanitarian training for operating, cleaning and preventative maintenance procedures of new, remanufactured, rebuilt, reconditioned bakery equipment that we supply. Our expert bakery mechanics are experienced at teaching your in-house bakery mechanics and sanitarians how to safely operate the bakery machine(s) and how to perform daily and weekly cleaning and preventive maintenance functions. The training focuses on maintenance and sanitation procedures in accordance to OSHA and accepted Food Safety standards. We can help your teams help develop a PM and sanitation schedule for our machinery in the plant, that you will then have as a resource for your continued in-house training, execution and record keeping.
