The system includes an Excellent Model KSD-100-2 dual lane bagel divider with adjustable portion controls for accurate dough scaling and consistent product weights. The stainless steel sheeting rolls and dual lane discharge conveyor help maintain uniform dough flow while supporting efficient production throughput.

Also included is an Excellent Model KSF-300S-2 double bagel former designed to produce consistent bagel shapes with smooth forming action. The unit features stainless steel covers, steel frame construction, and includes two spare belts for added value and reduced downtime.

The package is completed with a dual lane taper down bagel conveyor featuring blue plastic interlocking belts, adjustable height legs, stainless steel control panel, and locking casters for easy positioning and sanitation access. This conveyor system properly transitions product flow between equipment while maintaining lane spacing and production efficiency.
