Marq MQ2TB1 Automatic Case Sealer with Nordson Glue System

The Marq MQ2TB1 Fully Automatic Case Sealer is a high-speed packaging system designed for efficient and reliable corrugated case sealing. Equipped with a Nordson HM IV hot melt glue application system, this machine automatically seals both the top and bottom major flaps while handling a continuous flow of cases.

The system features an extended compression hold-down roller section to ensure strong, consistent seals and includes an automatic indexing gate for smooth product flow. A top-back minor flap tucker helps prepare cases for sealing, while quick-adjust handwheels allow for fast and simple size changeovers.

Designed for industrial packaging environments, this machine processes up to 20 cases per minute and accommodates a wide range of case sizes. All moving components are properly OSHA guarded for operator safety.

Prior to shipment, the machine and glue application system will be shop tested, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected to ensure excellent running condition.
