Spiral Conveyor Systems

Topos Mondial can design, fabricate and install custom made spiral conveyor systems for cooling, proofing and/or freezing applications, all made from 100% stainless steel.

The systems are designed, engineered and fabricated specifically to meet your exact needs for the product, the dwell time, the application and for the space available. Topos Mondial can also provide the interconnecting product conveyors that would feed both into and out of the spiral system. The control systems can be simple relay logic type or fully programmable PLC’s with operator touchscreen panels as desired. There is a myriad of spiral configurations to choose from as well as various belt widths and belt types to best suit your layout and your product. Direct drive cage designs are also available as well as traditional chain driven designs.
