Alto/Stewart bun and roll slicer, Model HC

Fully rebuilt Alto/Stewart bun and roll slicer, Model HC, for hinge slicing only a variety of individual buns and rolls. All electrical controls are new and all worn mechanical components were replaced with new or like new components. The machine includes the custom product lane guides on the infeed end, a stainless steel table “hand dump” area on the infeed end [to place the products after depanning], all new product belts, one set of five sharp spindle slicing blades and a mobile caster base. The mild steel components of the machine will be coated in “Steel It” stainless steel coating.
