At the discharge end, the hopper is equipped with an adjustable compression roller, approximately 1 meter (38”) wide, allowing for precise control of dough thickness before feeding into downstream equipment.

This system is ideal for bakeries needing to dump large batches of dough and feed them into:

• 1-meter-wide wire-cut cookie machines
• 1-meter-wide rotary moulders
• Or sheeting lines of 1 meter or greater

An inclined belted transfer conveyor is not included, but Topos Mondial can custom-build one to suit your application based on your required length and height specifications.
