This custom-built, heavy-duty dry material dispenser is mounted on a stainless steel base with a mobile conveyor frame. It features 115V single-phase variable speed controls that adjust the speed of the conveyor and the RPM of the dispensing “cage wheel.” The dispenser is 32 inches wide and includes slide gate tabs to regulate both the width and volume of material dispensed. It’s mounted on a 22-inch wide plastic conveyor belt and supported by a four-caster base with crank-down floor leveler-brakes.
This unit is perfect for continuous dispensing of various free-flowing dry materials, such as flours, starches, granular sugars, cinnamon sugar, cornmeal, and peel board dusting.
