Peerless HS6 Roller Bar Mixer – 600 lb Capacity

The Peerless HS6 Roller Bar Mixer delivers dependable performance for commercial bakery production. Its stainless steel construction provides durability, sanitation, and long service life in demanding production environments.

This HS6 model handles up to 600 pounds of dough per batch and uses Peerless’ proven triple roller bar agitator system. The roller bar design blends ingredients efficiently, develops dough consistently, and helps maintain uniform product quality from batch to batch. Bakers commonly use mixers like this for bread, buns, rolls, bagels, pizza dough, tortillas, croissants, and other yeast-raised products.

The hydraulic bowl tilt system allows operators to discharge dough quickly and safely. An upgraded Allen Bradley touchscreen HMI gives operators simple control over mixer functions and production settings. Together, these features help improve productivity and streamline bakery operations.
