This high-quality donut conveyor system features a robust 36” wide stainless steel rod type belt, ensuring smooth and consistent donut transport. The system is innovatively designed with mobile, removable glaze tanks, enhanced by a recirculating air diaphragm glaze pump for continuous glaze flow. It boasts an exclusive, all stainless steel waterfall trough with a dual compartment, creating an even and flawless glaze curtain across each donut. The fully stainless steel sanitary conveyor frame is equipped with glaze catch pans and a removable glaze flood pan under the waterfall trough, guaranteeing optimal cleanliness and maintenance ease. The integration of a direct drive hollow bore gearmotor conveyor drive with the doughnut cooling conveyor’s master electrical control panel offers unparalleled precision and control. Additionally, a mobile, single-walled, stainless steel glaze catch/recirculation tank is included, featuring an air diaphragm pump, all mounted on a stainless steel sanitary frame with the necessary pneumatic controls for operation. Engineered for 440-480 volt, 3 phase primary power, the system ensures reliable and efficient performance. It also includes inline stainless steel sanitary sieves for glazer feed lines and 3-Way stainless steel sanitary valves at the glazer pump inlet, enabling versatile use with glaze or icing from holding tanks. The heated tank highlights include a double-walled mobile glaze tank with two electric heater elements and an internal water bath circulated by a dedicated pump, keeping your glaze at the perfect temperature. The thermostatically controlled heating allows for temperature adjustments, supported by a pneumatically actuated sweep bar tank agitator. Comprehensive pneumatic and electrical heating controls are included, housed within a NEMA 4 stainless steel electrical enclosure for added durability and safety.
