This hopper features a fully rebuilt Shick inline 3” bottom diverter (fill) valve with pneumatic actuator, dual valve position electrical limit switches, and pneumatic solenoid valve for precise material control. A pneumatic ball-type hopper vibrator is mounted on a reinforced vibration plate to promote consistent product flow and prevent bridging. The system is equipped with a new 10” WAM butterfly discharge valve, complete with pneumatic actuator, position indicator dial, and open/closed sensors for controlled discharge and system feedback.
A gasketed side access hatch with hand knob levers allows for easy internal inspection and cleaning, supporting sanitation requirements. The three-point hanging design is configured for load cell mounting, enabling accurate weight measurement and batching control.
With a nominal 1,000 lb. flour capacity and approximately 35 cubic feet of interior volume, this Shick scale hopper is ideal for high-capacity ingredient handling in automated production lines.
